Rebranding MYC: A Fresh, Friendly Approach
MYC, a leading career company in India, is well-known for its expertise in career advice, visa services, and IELTS coaching. While the old branding earned them respect and recognition, the fast-changing world demanded a more modern and approachable identity. The challenge was to rebrand without risking their strong production rate or established reputation.
To achieve this, I redesigned the logo by resizing it to align with the original concept, ensuring familiarity. The new design featured three soft cornered boxes, representing perfection, friendliness, and unity. For the color palette, I retained shades from the original branding: black and white for power and beauty, and vermilion (a vibrant red) to symbolize passion, energy, and action.
The refreshed branding struck the perfect balance between the company’s legacy and a contemporary look. After launching the new branding, MYC experienced an increase in production, thanks to its updated, market-friendly appearance. The new design resonated with their target audience while preserving the values that made the company a trusted name.
